Vinyl cutting is one of the oldest and most effective technologies for producing advertising materials in Estonia. Our print shop’s modern cutter with a 1220 mm width and an "optical eye" allows for the precise cutting of both printed and laminated stickers. This technology is particularly suitable for smaller runs where die-cutting is not practical or cost-effective, offering great flexibility and precision.

We print directly onto plate materials up to 40mm thick and on boards with maximum dimensions of 3000x1500mm. Since we can also print white ink, it is possible to print on transparent materials and produce various single- and double-sided products.
The most common materials include PVC boards, KAPA, ACP, acrylic glass, corrugated board, cardboard, Dispa, and HIPS. Post-processing can be done with a CNC mill, allowing for custom-shaped products.

Various offset, digital, screen, or foil prints can be made more distinctive with embossing or debossing. Embossing raises the image above the surface, while debossing (blind embossing) presses the image into the material.

Prints produced with different technologies can be made more effective with foil stamping. We use standard gold and silver, but holographic foils and many other tones are also available.
